A Commission begins only through our separate enquiry and agreement process.

2. Intellectual property

Revised Terms apply to use of the Website from the date they are published.
Changes to these Website Terms do not alter an existing Commission agreement.

If Mav Duo does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Where these Terms conflict with a separate written agreement for a Commission, that agreement governs matters relating to the Commission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction in relation to disputes arising from these Terms.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, this does not affect any mandatory rights available to you under the law applying where you live.
